Founded in 2010, the Spire Chamber Ensemble brings together the most talented singers from across the U.S. and Canada for one-of-a-kind chorale events.  This concert will present an unforgettable collection of 21st century composers including Jonathan Dove, Gabriel Jackson, Ola Gjeilo, Morten Lauridsen, and many others.  The ensemble is conducted by founder Ben A. Spalding; I am the accompanist.

I will serve as organist for this event that will gather top singers from the bi-state area under the direction of Craig Jessop, an American academic, musician and singer best known for his tenure as the music director of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.  He is currently Dean of the Caine College of the Arts at Utah State University.

All Faiths Chapel, Kansas State University

The K-State Summer Choral Institute is a program for which I have served as accompanist, solo performer, and clinician for 25+ years.  Sponsored by the Master Teacher Institute for the Arts, students accepted for S.C.I. receive a full scholarship covering all expenses except travel to the Institute.  Talented students from across the country are selected based on application and audition and I enjoy spending 7 days on campus with them in rehearsals, performances, masterclasses, leadership development, and other activities.  The public is invited to the closing concert, and it's always amazing to me to see the progress these students make in only one week.
